RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
1. What is Mônica Rosenzweig Jewellery's Returns and Exchanges policy?
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our store, you may return the item. We accept returns of any item purchased from Mônica Rosenzweig Jewellery within 14 days of receipt or exchanges for another item of equal or greater value up to 30 days after purchase. The deadlines are counted from the date of issue of the invoice, and shipping and packaging costs are not refunded.
2. How can I return my order placed at Mônica Rosenzweig Jewellery?
The customer has the right to freely cancel the purchase, in accordance with Article 11 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14. This right may be exercised within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the order by sending an email with the intention to return the item to: customercare@monicarosenzweig.com.
Returns under the right of withdrawal must be sent by post (CTT) to: Avenida de França 106 - bloco 1, apto 2D, Estoril - 2765-225. The returned item must be accompanied by the respective invoice and in its original condition, without any signs of use. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method, excluding shipping costs, immediately after the returned items have been checked.
Steps for Returns:

2. You will receive an email confirming the return conditions.
3. Proceed with the shipment and keep the proof of shipment.
4. Upon receipt, we will process the refund, which may take 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account.
The customer is responsible for the safe shipment of the items. Mônica Rosenzweig Jewellery is not responsible for any damage that may occur during transport. All returned items are inspected before final acceptance.
3. How can I exchange my order placed with Mônica Rosenzweig Jewellery?
For exchanges, follow the return policy described above. Exchanges are limited to existing stock and must be requested within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

When sending items for exchange or return, the customer is responsible for the safety and proper shipping of the items. Mônica Rosenzweig Jewellery is not responsible for damage during transport.

Shipping costs related to returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Each shipment undergoes rigorous quality control. However, if the item arrives damaged, please contact us by email at customercare@monicarosenzweig.com or via the online store's contact menu, so that we can prioritize your return or exchange.
