1. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following payment methods: credit cards (American Express, Mastercard, and Visa), Multibanco, MBWAY, and Paypal. If you choose Multibanco, MBWAY, or credit card, you will be redirected to the Easypay website to complete your payment, which is a secure and reliable platform. If you choose Paypal, you will be directed to the Paypal website to finalize your payment.

2. Is gift wrapping available?

Yes! All our jewelry is carefully packaged in our exclusive jewelry boxes at no extra cost.



3. Can I return or exchange jewelry if I don't like it or if it has a defect?

Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item bought from Mônica Rosenzweig Jewellery within 14 days of receipt, or exchange it for another item of equal or greater value within 30 days.

4. What should I do if the ring is too tight or too loose?

If the ring size is not correct, you have two options. First, contact us to check if resizing is possible. In some cases, the alteration can be done at no extra cost; simply return the ring to us, and we will adjust it and send it back to your address. If resizing is not possible, you may return the ring within 14 days or exchange it for another piece of jewelry available on the website.



5. Do Mônica Rosenzweig jewelry pieces come with a warranty?

Yes. Mônica Rosenzweig Jewellery offers a 6-month warranty for items purchased directly from our website, covering breakages or manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty will be voided in case of misuse or alteration by third parties. The jewelry may be repaired or, at our discretion, replaced with an identical or similar item, once per customer.

Important:

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the repair/replacement.

  • We reserve the right to void the warranty if the item shows signs of alteration, abuse, or damage beyond normal use, as assessed by our professionals.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • To initiate the repair process, please send an email to customercare@monicarosenzweig.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.


 

6. Can I cancel or modify my order?

We want you to receive your purchase quickly, so orders are processed immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after submission, but if you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.



7. Is it possible to customize a piece of jewelry?

Yes. Before making a purchase, please send a message to WhatsApp: (351) 910 747 334 to inquire about customizing the item.



8. Does Mônica create custom-made jewelry?

Yes. We offer Tailor Made Jewellery service.



9. Does Mônica Rosenzweig have a physical store?

No. However, appointments can be made for visits to her atelier.

 

10. Where is designer Mônica Rosenzweig's studio located?

Designer Mônica Rosenzweig's studio is located in Estoril, Portugal.



11. Can I see and try on the jewelry before buying?

Yes. If you are in Lisbon, you can schedule a visit to the studio, where Mônica Rosenzweig will be delighted to assist you.
