SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
How does our delivery service work?
Your order will be processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation. After shipment, all orders can be tracked using the tracking number sent in the confirmation email.
SHIPPING TO PORTUGAL:
Monica Rosenzweig's studio is located in Portugal. For deliveries within mainland Portugal, orders are shipped via CTT or MRW courier services, with free delivery within 2 to 4 business days after shipment.
For deliveries to the islands of Madeira and the Azores, an additional fee of €6 will be charged, and delivery times may vary depending on the region.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International orders are shipped by DHL International Carrier to the following countries: Spain, United Kingdom, France, United States, Italy, Brazil, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Lithuania, Angola, Israel, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Sweden, Austria, Hungary, Monaco, Poland, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Finland, Romania, United Arab Emirates, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Iceland, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece, Norway, Australia, and Japan.
• Delivery times: Deliveries vary between 3 and 9 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country.
• Costs: Shipping costs are provided at the time of purchase.
Note: It is the customer's responsibility to inform themselves about their country's import laws and to pay any applicable import duties or taxes.
Important Note for the United Kingdom: Since leaving the EU, EU laws no longer apply to the United Kingdom. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the new import rules and duties before completing your purchase.
DELIVERIES:
Upon delivery, proof of receipt will be required, which must be signed by you or by a person authorized to receive the order. It is assumed that any person at the delivery address indicated by the User is authorized to receive the order. The User is responsible for ensuring that a person is available to receive the order at the indicated location, with no prior notice required from the carrier.

By making a purchase, the user accepts all shipping conditions and cannot hold Mônica Rosenzweig Jewellery responsible for delays in delivery, carrier failures, or any other issue related to the shipping process. In the event of an incident, our team is committed to acting in the best interests of the user, promoting a positive and satisfactory shopping experience.
Tip: If you need to receive your order by a specific date, we recommend that you place your order in advance to avoid possible delays. We appreciate your understanding.
Customization: For customized orders, the delivery time will depend on the time required to customize the piece.
